AWS Transcribe for Automatic speech recognition

AWS Comprehend MI Powered natural language processing (NLP) for Sentimental Analysis

AWS Step Functions for Orchestration of business processes

AWS Lambda for Business Processing

AWS Glue for maintains the database catalogue and database table structure

AWS Athena for queries data in Amazon S3 using the AWS Glue database catalogue.

Amazon QuickSight for analyzing audio and performs sentiment, and performs a key phrases analysis of caller/agent/user interactions.

AWS Route 53 for Domain registration and DNS Routing

AWS CloudFront for distribution of static content such as images, js and html files, etc

AWS Cognito to manage Identity Pools and provide AWS credentials to grant user access to AWS services

Lets record audio and store it in Amazon S3 bucket in order to start the sentiment analysis process.
